Returns & Refunds

Every piece at Silk & Luck is custom-made to order, specifically for you, using our global network of production hubs. Because of this on-demand approach, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

Quality is our priority. If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective product, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

2. Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Since every item is printed exclusively for your order, we do not hold inventory and cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please check our size guides carefully before placing an order.

3. Lost in Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.

4. How to Submit a Claim

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our support team immediately at contact@silkluck.com. Please include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
